CANCELLATION POLICY
Spa Policies – Please Read Before Booking All clients are given a 15-minute grace period for their scheduled appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or canceled, and you will be charged as a no-show. We require 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations or reschedules. Any cancellations or no-shows made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in a 50% cancellation fee, charged to the card on file. If the card is declined and a balance remains, you will not be able to book future appointments until the balance is paid in full. Deposits are required for certain services and are applied toward the total cost of your appointment. All deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel, no-show, or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. This policy is in place to protect our time and preparation, as last-minute changes limit our ability to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an opening. ⸻ Pricing Policy Service prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Pricing adjustments may occur due to increases in product costs, advanced training, enhanced techniques, or changes in availability. These updates reflect the continued investment in high quality products, education, and service excellence. ⸻ Groupon Appointments Groupon appointments follow the same cancellation and lateness policies. If you no-show, cancel, or reschedule within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 50% of the service total. Groupons are available for first-time clients only—returning clients are not eligible to use a Groupon. ⸻ Clients Under 18 Clients under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present with a signed waiver before receiving any service. ⸻ After-Hours Appointments If you need a later appointment beyond our regular spa hours, please contact us through the booking app. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request and find availability for the service of your choice. ⸻ By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to all policies stated above.
